Seminar: "Relational Coordination: from theory to implementation in research projects"
On March 20, our instructor Vasilica-Maria Margalina gave a seminar on the topic of "Relational Coordination: from theory to implementation in research projects". The seminar was organized by PhD José Luis Roldán, professor of Business Organization at University of Sevilla, as part of the Doctoral Program in Strategic Management and International Business. Professor José Luis Roldán is known for being one of the translators to Spanish of the book A Primer on Partial Least Squares Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).

During the seminar, PhD. Vasilica-Maria Margalina shared with doctoral students her experience working with relational coordination theory in two research projects in which she participated as coordinator and researcher from 2015 to 2018 at Technical University of Ambato, Ecuador. The challenges of working with business associations and small companies for the analysis and implementation of relational coordination were discussed. In addition, the Professor shared the mistakes that were made during the projects and offered advice on how to avoid them in future research and application. In the last part of the seminar, an interesting debate arose about the evolution of a researcher's career.
