Course of Introduction to PLS-SEM analysis at URJC, Madrid

On March 18 and 25, our professor Vasilica-Maria Margalina gave a PLS-SEM seminar to students of the master in Business Organization at the Rey Juan Carlos University, on the Vicálvaro campus in Madrid, Spain. The seminar was organized by the director of the master's program, PhD Carmen de Pablos Heredero, professor of Business Organization at the University.

The objective of the seminar was to introduce this statistical method to master's students so that they could then apply it to their master's thesis projects. It was a 7-hour seminar that was taught in two days. During the seminar, the students were taught the concepts of latent variable, measurement model and structural model. They also learned in which situations this statistical method is useful in research and the process of a PLS-SEM analysis.
